The Air Swept Pulverizer grinds down as low as the 5 micron range using the maximum amount of beater plates and highest speed setting. In general, these equipments are designed with heat input to grind and dry wet products, or with liquid nitrogen for cryogenic grinding. With a few simple adjustments, the output particle range of this machine can be narrowly distributed on wet, dry, fibrous, or heat-sensitive materials. In the case of Stearates, for instance, they can be ground from 100 mesh down to 100% minus 325 mesh.
